Hi! We are a brother and sister team from Australia who want to help parents out there find safe, affordable and durable products for their children! Since having little baby Olive, Alana (the sister) found it hard to find reliable products that were both safe, long lasting and did not break the bank! We wanted to create a business that caters to you! That is where our company OnTheOliveBranch was born! 

We pride ourselves on providing incredibly safe baby feeding kits. We use BPA free and Non-Toxic food grade silicone to ensure safety is at the top of our priority so you feel 100% safe using these products with your child  

Yes! we ensure all our products are shipped out free to anyone in the world! 

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We provide all the tracking information you require! When your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. If you haven't received your item and you have used the "Track my order" or gone to https://www.ontheolivebranch.com/apps/parcelpanel and used your tracking number. please reach out by sending an email to ontheolivebranchco@gmail.com and our customer service team will be in touch to follow up

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
